What is Top Notch Products?

Top Notch Products is dedicated to provide hard to find gift items and collectibles by partnering with global merchants and jewelry artisans in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the United States, and Canada.

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. 
    • For non-promotional items, shipping is FREE for many products advertised on our store.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • Products may take upwards of 4-5 business days to process depending on the demand for the product.
    • Please allow 14 days before contacting us. No email correspondence will be entered into on the subject of delivery until after this period. This is to allow for any delays in the postal system and to keep email administration down to a manageable level.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Yes, the tracking number will be available to you once we ship the item out.  You will be notified once it ships out with the tracking number in the email.
    • But we do guarantee delivery so there's no need to worry. If you haven't received your item within 40 days please let us know.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • We multiple fulfilment centers globally, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong or mis typed. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

        If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • What is your Refund / Exchange policy / Privacy Policy?

      • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order (wrong item, defective product, etc.),. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
      • Kindly return it to us in it's original packaging within 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
      • Please Note: Although many of our items ship direct from our overseas fulfilment centers. Please allow for 3-4 weeks for replacement on special orders.
